The online classes of private colleges and universities have recently begun and so our children are now busy on their laptops/tablets/computer desktops as they start this very unique schoolyear. 😀 While we work from home, our children are also now engaged in online learning.

The filling is oh so good!  It has a little bit of spiciness to give you enough kick and makes you want to have another one.

It fires up your senses and gives you a jolt of energy during the day. The empanada is big enough to fill that empty stomach and that exhausted mind from studying or working.

It is the traditional empanada filling that I remember from childhood…chicken with peas, potatoes, carrots, and raisins.

Plus, it is covered with a flaky crust that best complements the yummy and tasty filling.  I brought this to work for lunch and it was perfect for a busy day.

A single piece can satisfy hunger pangs on a busy working day beating deadlines in-between zoom meetings.

Mom’s dark chocolate and white chocolate chip cookies are freshly baked on the day you order. A box of 12 would definitely satisfy your cookie cravings.

Her version is the thin and crispy kind but it melts in your mouth after.

I can eat 3 cookies at a time and not mind the calories because it’s really good.

But for the kids, they eat the cookies with milk and sometimes even make it a cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream on top.

These cookies are easy to grab and eat during those recess and 10-minute time out from the computer screen as it will perk your morning and keep you awake during the long afternoons. This is definitely something that kids and adults alike will surely love.👍
