Chef Ida of Bolanday Cooking For Kids in action. ❤️👍

Life is awesome. Despite the limited chances of meeting new friends nowadays, I got the opportunity to get to know Ida. So, who is Ida?

Ida is a former flight attendant for Cathay Pacific. She left the airline in the late 90s and went to live in Switzerland. There, she studied culinary. Then she went on to join the renowned Hong Kong-based restaurant, Mr. & Mrs. Fox.

You’d think that she is some kind of high-priced chef who creates hard-to-pronounce dishes. Well, she isn’t. Ida is way more than that. 🤗🤗🤗

Bolanday Cooking For Kids

Ida founded the Bolanday Cooking For Kids, a non-profit organization. This is where she showcases her culinary expertise. 😀

These days, Ida uses her culinary expertise to feed kids.
Healthy dishes for the children. 👍👍👍

Bolanday Cooking For Kids aims to enhance the lives of less privileged kids by nourishing them through food and books.

This photo says it all. 👍👍👍

Bolanday Cooking For Kids also provides the kids with some guidance so that they can fulfill their dreams. Ida started Bolanday in 2017 and to this day, it’s still growing strong. She gets endless support from her CX batchmates.
