Day Five

Breakfast: Garlic Rice and Sardines with salted egg and tomato on the side
LunchFried Chicken with Ginisang Repolyo
Dinner: Pork Adobo and Fish Sarciado

Can’t let the week go by without serving some yummy adobo. 😄

Day Six

Breakfast: Pandesal with cheese omelette
Lunch:  Beef Tapa & Ginisang kalabasa/okra
Dinner: Squid in Olive Oil ala Mesa

Bring home the Mesa experience with this dish. It goes so well with rice, bread, or noodles.

Day Seven

Breakfast: Chicken and Cheese Sandwich (home-made spread)
Lunch: Beefsteak Tagalog and Ginisang Sayote with carrots
Dinner: Pampanga’s Longaniza in Garlic Oil Pasta and Inihaw na Liempo (BBQ flavored)

Pair up your liempo with some pasta and you’re good to go. 😄
