I remember all our trips to Baguio included pasalubong shopping from the Good Shepherd for Ube Jam, peanut brittle, and lengua de gato.

My mom would buy plenty of raisin bread and banana bread for her amigas and for us as well. Then we would start eating it on our way back to Manila.

Their carrot bread is similar to the texture of the banana bread but with carrots as its main ingredient. The orange strands can be seen clearly in every slice of the bread and it is really great tasting that kids will not even know there is a vegetable in the bread.

Luckily, a friend went to Baguio recently and gave us BCC’s banana and carrot bread. Both the banana and carrot bread brought back lots of beautiful and fun-filled memories of Baguio.

It’s great to know that despite all the changes to the Summer Capital of the Philippines, some stayed the same. It still boasts the tastiest banana and carrot bread.

The rich and flavorful taste that we have always enjoyed is still very much present. The good news is that the banana bread and carrot bread from Baguio Country Club can now be pre-ordered from Manila. There’s no need for you to go to Baguio.

I have not tried ordering though from Manila but I might try that option soon.😊 That way, my next craving for banana bread and carrot bread will immediately be satisfied.
