Below is the recipe for Tofu Sisig. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
Olive oil (Chef Jasmine uses EVOO approx. 2 tbsp)
500g tofu (sliced in cubes)
1 bulb red onion (diced)
Soy sauce (About 6 tbsp but up to you if you want to add more 🙂 )
5 pieces of calamansi (squeezed)
Freshly cracked pepper to taste
3 green chili (sliced) Feel free to add more if you like.
1 full tablespoon of mayo

Directions:
1. Sauté onions in oil until fragrant.
2. Add tofu and fry until lightly brown.
3. Add soy sauce, calamansi, chili, and mix. Simmer for about 3mins.
4. Add pepper and mayo then mix.
5. Ready to serve!
