You will need one kilo of pork back ribs. Then grab your salt and pepper. Coat the pork back ribs with salt and pepper. Leave for 30 minutes.

Then prepare your deep fryer. Add a gallon of cooking oil. Once the temperature of your deep fryer reaches 280 degrees, add your pork back ribs.

Cook for 30 minutes and enjoy. Open a bottle of red wine and have a blast.
