WildFlour To Go: Happy Cinnamon Roll Day Yesterday!

To state the obvious, the cinnamon bake isn’t exactly a roll. It’s pretty much a loaf and it’s an amazing loaf of cinnamon goodness! 👍👍👍

As a disclaimer, I would like to repeat (yes, I’ve said before!) that I am not a chef. I don’t cook at all. I just eat. Hence, the site is called EatMyBananas. If I could cook, I would have called it CookMyBananas, right? The point is, I’m just making my own honest observations and sharing them with you. 😀

The Cinnamon Bake of Wildflour boasts a very light dough. It’s not dense at all. You’d think it would be but it’s not. You get all these thin layers of sweet dough goodness.

There was no need for me to heat it up. Although it was in the ref, I saw no need to heat it up. It still tasted fresh.

The topping is perfect. It’s not too sweet at all. You get the cinnamon and not the sugar. I love it.  ❤️

Since I love the smell of cinnamon, I just had to smell it. It smelled heavenly.

The Day After

If you’re wondering how the Cinnamon Bake of Wildflour taste like the day after, well, I have to say that it’s better!

Maybe it’s because I heated it up? I don’t know. Another thing I can say about it is that the topping melts through each layer of the dough once it’s heated up. I heated it up in the microwave for a couple of seconds and it came out super awesome. It smelled so good as well.

The Cinnamon Bake from Wildflour is highly recommended! When I looked up the price, I was pretty surprised that it wasn’t so bad.
