And I am not exaggerating at all with regard to their customer service.

I arrived earlier than my balikbayan cousin and chose to take a table outside the restaurant.

I ordered some of their Parmesan chips. I paired it up with a tall glass of turmeric juice and I was pretty happy with it.

Turmeric Ginger Ale
Turmeric Ginger Ale. They used fresh grounded turmeric. This one’s a better drink than a typical soda.

As I was munching on some Parmesan chips, one of the food attendants by the name of Mary May, gave me some aioli sauce to go with the Parmesan chips. Talk about anticipating customer needs! 👍👍👍

The Parmesan chips and aioli sauce were a perfect pair. I was having a good time by myself.

Then my cousin finally arrived. We were led to a table inside the restaurant.

We were served by Venus and she had some solid product knowledge.👍
She made sure my balikbayan cousin was comfortable and happy with his order.

Adobo Fried Rice
You might think their Adobo Fried Rice just looks good. But we were quite impressed that it looks as good as it taste.

There was no doubt about it. We were very impressed with the customer service. 😀

However, there was one thing that I noticed when I got home and looked at the receipt. I noticed that I ended up paying for a slice of red velvet that we never even ordered.

For dessert, we only ordered a slice of Opera cake (upon the recommendation of Venus and it was sooo good!).

I am not blaming anybody but myself because I should have checked the receipt before paying but I didn’t.

Anyway, it was a lesson learned.

Their latest branch is in Quezon City. But earlier this year, they also opened their first branch in Alabang.
