Baked salmon ala Contis is our latest homemade dish. Of course, we can’t say that it’s any better than our favorite dish from the famous restaurant. However, it’s good enough, considering it’s homemade. 😀

Contis is a very popular restaurant in Metro Manila. it has several branches throughout the Metro.

Contis baked salmon is, no doubt, a favorite of ours. It’s topped with a lot of cheese and it goes so well with their lasagna. That’s our favorite Contis combination. ❤️

Here’s Our Contis Baked Salmon Recipe

One day, we decided to try making Baked Salmon ala Contis at home. We figured, why not? 😀

Aside from the fresh salmon, here’s the list of the other ingredients for your Baked Salmon Ala Contis.

  • Mayonnaise
  • Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Frozen peas, carrots, and corn
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Kalamansi or lemon
  • Salt and Pepper

Season the salmon with kalamansi, salt, and pepper. Then coat it with minced garlic.

Now for the topping. You can just gauge how much of each ingredient to use. In our case, we finished the whole block of cream cheese.

Mix together some butter, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and Parmesan Cheese.

Gauge the measurement of each ingredient according to your taste. Then set aside.

Cook the frozen peas, carrots, and corn in butter. Season with salt and pepper.

It’s A Very Cheesy Baked Salmon Dish

Now, it’s time to put it together.

Layer the salmon with the buttered vegetables.

Then top it with the cheesy mixture that you had set aside.

Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. We used a turbo convection oven so we were quite careful not to overcook it.
